I'm graduating in may but my lease is done the end of july!

I live at Ivy Commons in a 2 br/2 ba apartment! I'm on the side closer to avent ferry (the room window is right on af). Rent is $300 a month but with utilities it differs between $380-$400 a month. Right now all the utilities are under my name and my roommate pays for rent and I write her a check for the difference that I owe her.

You'll be living with a great girl! She's graduating in may too but is working a year before perhaps going to grad school! She's a really easy going girl and is a great friend!


We have four bus stops within 100 feet from each other in every direction! It takes just 4 minutes to get to centennial campus from the bus stop! We never had any bug problems and we are clean people! However when I move out of the apt in may there won't be any furniture in the br or in the living room (unless you want to pay more money for it to be furnished!)
