Its a 3bedroom 3 story townhouse with 1698sqft. the 2 bedrooms available are exactly the same size.

Its either from May1 07' -May1 08' or August 1 07'-August 1 08'

Right now I might have some person who will move in May 1st

and a brother and sister who want to move in August 1st

I will take People who will move in May 1st over people who want to move in August 1st...

But Just in case I dont get people who want an year lease starting may 1st, I will offer a 3month lease from May 1st - July 31st for people who only need a place for the summer.
