I currently live in a 3br/3ba apartment at University House on Tryon Rd. 2 of us are trying to move somewhere else because we are student teaching next year. We need to find 2 females to take over our individual leases. If you take over our leases NOW you are guaranteed a place to live on the spot. You would move in early August.

At UHouse we have FREE TANNING, FREE SHUTTLE TO/FROM CAMPUS, pool, volleyball courts. We live on the 3rd floor so we have VAULTED CEILINGS. Accent walls are freshly painted green and pink. The kitchen is a nice size. New carpet. Balcony with screen door. Ceiling fans throughout. Please contact me ASAP.
