I am one of 4 girls in a FOUR BEDROOM, FOUR BATHROOM fully furnished apartment at University House on Tryon Road. The other 3 roommates are clean and quiet and will be busy working or in summer school. I am looking for a female to sublease my bedroom from May 9th to July 31st. There is another room available in this apartment if two people are looking to live together. I will be paying for the month of May since I will be living there through the 8th. This means you would only be responsible for rent for June and July at the lowered rate of $399 a month wich comes to a total of $798 / 3 ( for May-July) averages out to 266 per month with utilities included. The bedroom is spacious and furnished with a Full bed, Desk, and Dresser. Living room includes couch, overstuffed chair, entertainment center with 27" tv, and dining room table. The kitchen includes refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. The apartment also includes a washer and a dryer. The room will be available from May 9th,2007 through July 31st. Again, there will be another room available in this apartment during the same time.

How much would the second room be? Are you willing to lower the price? What about utilities? Is there any fees or other cost besides the rent?
