just wondering if there is a quiet place somewhere on campus where i can also talk on the phone (so good reception is a must). i have a grad school interview tomorrow and i'll be on campus. are there any private rooms in the library?

You could try and get one of those rooms directly outside the main elevators at DH Hill.

Career Center has plenty of such places. So long as they aren't overbooked (rare, but possible), they can probably accommodate you.

the flyspaces have conference phones...you could also try reserving a meeting space in the new rooms at the library.

i've also just found an empty classroom before and used it (try harrelson or tompkins)

Career center, admin building, or just leave campus I would think a grad school interview should take preference over class unless you have to be on campus for a test or something.

I would say you could use my office in harrelson, but we have grad student recruits coming in and out all day to talk/visit.
