I currently live at University Suites with two other male roomates in a three bedroom apartment. The apartment includes a kitchen, washer/dryer, upstairs living room space, and a spacious patio. Each individual room has its own bathroom as well as a walk-in closet and desk. There is also a spring set for a matress. University Suites is located just 5 minutes away from NCSU campus and about 10 minutes from downtown Raleigh. It is a great location and nice apartment complex to live in. Originally rent is $435 a month but since I would like someone to take over my lease until the middle of August, I would be willing to pay $100 dollars towards each month's rent, meaning the total monthly rent payment with utilities INCLUDED would be $335. You wont find many other deals this good for rent around Raleigh. The room will be available by May 10th throught August 10th.
