if you're looking for a 4br house for next year then it might be worth finding 30 minutes free to look at the house. I've never had a problem renting this house, and I don't anticipate having a problem this year.

Nevertheless, I will be able to get pictures in about a week to a week and a half

on average you are looking at about 80-100 per month/person for all utilities including cable and internet

I have given the tenants until the end of April to sign a renewal on their lease. Right now I would put it at about 60% that they will still be living there, but I would still like to have other options in place. The other house will definetely be available.
