I know DVDs have a PAL or NTSC format, are CDs the same way? I'm looking to get a CD for someone for their birthday, but it looks like I'll be needing to order it from either England or Australia and I wanna make sure that it will play in an American CD player. Thanks.  4/1/2007 12:01:30 PM
