I am subleasing a one bed/bathroom in a 4br apt at Wolf Creek. Comes furnished and all utilities are included! You won't find a better deal for the summer! HURRY!

I have reduced your rent from $435 to $280.

Unfortunately, all subleases have to go through Wolf Creek in order to do this we both have to pay a fee ($250). (Or we can work something out and avoid Wolf Creek).

I will be out by May 5th, and your lease will last until July 31st.

Here's how it will work for you:

May- You pay $280, I pay $125
June- You pay $280, I pay $125
July- You pay $280, I pay $125

I will pay you my total amount in one lump sum for you to add to your rent. Your total expenses add up to: $280 x 3 months + $250 fee = ONLY $1090!! (Compared to near $1500 with others)

yeah desh, it's basically mine. but he has a 4br and mine's 3. btw, i dont think the fees are 250...i think they are just 150

I thought you couldnt sublease for the summer at wolfcreek? thats what they told me when I signed my lease

you're not supposed to, but that doesn't stop most from trying...

its mush cheaper if you don't go through the office and do everything under the table. a little risky at times, but much cheaper
