no, when its a manufacturer defect, they replace it for free. This time the screen cracked.

you can buy replacement screens for those. at least i know you can for the razr for < $5 online. my boyfriend's broken 2 screens in just a few months. all you need is a really tiny screwdriver, from an eyeglasses repair kit, to change them.
that's only if you want to keep the same phone, plus its cheaper than buying a new one.
