Those sound like issues to me, and it seems like you didn't take care of it. So, there may be more issues soon to come. Why not make the repairs then sell it for a little more?

those are commodities anyway and it didn't come with side mirrors so i bought new ones cuz i thought they were required for nc state inspection.....only one other owner and they lived in san diego so it was never weather worn.....it's just a rugged wrangler that runs great....i'll knock it down to 2500 so the new owner can get a new windshield and AC if they want

you need at least a driver side rear view mirror to pass inspection

Whats wrong with the parking break. There is a recall on jeeps parking breaks

I had to get the dealership to replace mine after it popped off and sent my jeep rolling thru my girlfriends garage, but they fixed it for free
