I am looking for someone to take over my lease for my bedroom/bathroom at University House for the summer. The lease ends in August, at which point you have the option of moving out or renewing.

It is part of a 4 bed/4 bath, and 2 of my 3 roommates will be here. They are very easy to get along with, and don't make much noise. They will be moving out in August. University House offers a roommate matching service that you can take advantage of, or you can find your own roommates to live with.

The rent is $399/month, and I am flexible on when you want to move in, as long as it is on or after May 4. There is a washer/dryer in the apt as well.

I am willing to work with you if you move in during the middle of the month, as I will pay for the time you weren't there. Say, for example, you moved in May 15, I would give you $200 for the first half of the month.
