~ Rent is 350 a month for the Rooms available for year leases
~ Master bedroom is available for lease just for the summer May 15-Jul31. Rent for this room will be at a reduced price of 425 a month ( this room is huge with its own private bathroom )
~ If you want the masterbedroom for just the summer but want an year lease we'll work something out
~ Utilities will be split up between the 3 roomates .... possibility of all the good movie channels on dish if all 3 are in agreement. ( A friend has a townhouse in the same area and says it comes out to be around 90-110 per person for a total of 440 a month or 525(masterbedroom) )
~ washer, dryer, dishwasher, Fridge, Microwave, blender, pressuer cooker, juice maker ... like new
~ shares a big bathroom ( seperate sinks for each person )... this bathroom is pretty big compared to normal apt bathrooms.
~ Masterbedroom has its own bathroom, with bathtub and shower, and huge walk in closet.
~ 1 year lease starting May or August; If you have to move out earlier, there will be no charge for breaking the lease as long as you find a replacement for the remainder of the lease; as you know apertments charge the person leaving and the new person coming in for paperwork and such...
~ Located in a great neighberhood, safe, and quiet
~ Spacious living room and huge kitchen
~ both smaller bedrooms are the same size, same layout, 15.8x8.8 feet
~ Masterbedroom is 15x18... bascially twice as big as the smaller room

~ 200 security deposit.. you will get this back as long as you dont fuck up anything

** If you want a pet like a dog or cat, Rent will be 375 a month ( this includes 1 large animal ( dog or cat and 1 small animal snake, gerbil, etc..) or 450 a month depending on which size room you want


*** The townhouse comes furnished with all kitchen appliances ( power juicer, blender, pressure cooker, coffee maker, dishes, cups ... etc.. ) , t.v in the living room, couch, game cube, vast dvd collection. *****

********Only thing that will need to be furnished are the rooms you rent ********



* Also, If you pay the year long lease in full, the rent will be dropped by 25 dollars per month, saving prospective renters $300 in rent.

i think id prefer a two bedroom apartment for 575 at the place next to university commons in stead of paying 525 for one room and have roomates

most people renting who want to rent the 350 room will be 460 max a month after utilities

and the masterbedroom will be only rented for the summer.. and the room is huge with its own private bathroom and walk in closet... this still being less than 575.


And also, I dont think your apt comes furnished. Im putting up some nice appliances int he kitchen and a nice tv in the living room

summer lease still available..


425rent for a huge room with huge walk in closet and huge bathroom to self..... has seperate shower and bath tub.
