I have a townhouse in Cary that will be available sometime in June. Our current tenant will be out by June 1st. For the right tenant I may wait as late as August 1st for move in.

This a 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath townhouse that is around 1200 square feet. It has a large living room and a fenced in backyard (typical townhouse deal) with a small storage shed. There is a nice pond behind the unit that often has many ducks. This is a clean and quiet neighborhood (Taylor's Pond) right off Chapel Hill Rd about ten minutes from the vet school. Pets are allowed and there is no size limit, but they must be well behaved and not bark excessively. Any damage caused by your pet will be your responsibility. There may or may not be a pet deposit required, it depends on your references. There will be no pet rent required. There is a fenced in area in the community that is available to allow your dogs to run and/or play. Two parking spaces are included and there is overflow parking available. Rent will be $800 and I pay the homeowner's dues, which include lawn care.

If you are loud and/or like to throw parties, this is not the place for you. If you want a nice quite neighborhood where you don't have noisy neighbors bothering you, IM me for more information or to schedule a viewing. Thanks!

taylor's pond is a decent place to live in. it's right next to a lowes and it's within walking distance to downtown cary.
