yeah, another one of these annoying threads.

i'm going home for the summer, so my room is up for grabs. rent, bills, everything for a flat rate of $500 a month, if you'd rather do it differently you can ask my roommate. Rent is 412 a month.

another option is that you take over my lease, and stay through next fall also.

Its a 2 bdrm/2ba 2nd floor apt at trinity commons, and the roomie has 2 cats. If you sublease for just this summer, my room furniture stays, minus my clothes and personal crap.

also, I dont think my roommate will even really be here most of the 2nd half of the summer.

also, you'd be getting essentially one month free, i'll be out the 2nd week of may, as well as coming back right before classes in august, but you would not need to pay for either of those months. Just June and July.

pleaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaase someone take this.. lol. If you want to come check it out just let me know.

also, I currently have a dog, so if you have a doggie, and we can make sure it gets along with the cats, it would be okay.

update,

you COULD also just sign the new lease instead of me, and have the place starting june 1st through december.

only one cat now. and its pet friendly so you could bring your own.

Otherwise the summer sublease is still open.
