$375/month, prorated appropriately + one-time $250 subleasing fee (leasing office's rule, not mine). it's available june 3 - august 20, but i'm flexible on exact dateas. everything is included except for utility overages, which average about $5/month if you use a lot of electricity. includes, bed, desk, tv, your own bathroom, washer/dryer in apartment, basic cable, wireless internet, and all the basics.

one of my roommates has an internship in raleigh (senior female, NC State). the other roommate is unsure of her plans, so a second room MIGHT be available. if you're looking for a second, ask for details. if the second roommate stays, she's a sophomore, female, NC State.
