i'm using bash

1019 perl -e 'do something'

To re-execute this command I used I can type:
!1019
If it was the last one I can type:
!!

how to I save this to a file like:
echo !1031 > myCommand.sh

this records:
echo perl -e do something
i lost my single quote and I don't want "echo"

history | grep 1019 > myCommand.sh
?
