When do you need it fixed? I could probably take care of it for you for around $25 plus parts that might need to be replaced. I do it for a living Mon-Fri 9-5 but could take care of it after that.

When i purchased it there was a internal wireless card but now it doesnt even show up so i cant use it and also the L key doesnt work.

WIFI should be easy to fix. The keyboard issue could just be a defective keyboard and might need to be replaced. If so expect paying ~$45 for a replacement keyboard. Could just be the cable though.
