you have to partition the HD a certain way, you can't just put a drive on the IDE connector. plus, certain drives won't work... firmware incompatibilities.

the hdd's i have aren't a perfect fit, but i will still give the winner a 55gb western digital drive just because it's in the listing. seagates fit great, I have discovered, unfortunately, the one i have is a
120gb that died, so I have to throw in the 55gb instead.
