C Note is no longer on the bike, took the sticker off. No road rash or any real major marks at all. I've "tipped" the bike over once, but never layed down or while riding at all. I'm going to try and get the title by the end of this week. The guy I bought it from had it at his brother's house in greensboro, so he sold it to me as bill of sell and told me just to come by when I wanted it. I've only had it for about 3 weeks but already want something a little newer, so i didnt really see a point of getting insurance and a tag.

if i were in the market for a dedicated track bike, and wanted a 12 year old bike, i'd give you maybe $1000 for it (and that would be if flashing $800 in front of you and walking away once or twice didn't work, and I was just determined to buy it). that would be top dollar for a 1995 sportbike with no title, in my opinion.


for reference (and it's always a good idea to crosscheck eBay and sites like autotrader/cycletrader.com if you're trying to determine a vehicle's value...not just NADA/KBB), here's a very comparable bike (except with a title) on eBay with a BUY IT NOW of $2100. I will almost guarantee that nobody pays the "buy it now" price, because they won't have to. So few people want a sportbike that old that someone will just win the auction as the highest bidder...probably get it for $1800 or something (although $2100 is a fair price).
