I just thought I'd see if any of you guys had any older smaller IDE hard drives laying around. I need a new one, but my old ass computer will only support hard drives up to 100 GB. Just thought I'd ask here and see if anyone had any old ones they might be willing to sell.

i mean i got a 4.3gb seagate, lol, but im pretty sure that too low for you

haha, i saw a bunch of those on pricegrabber. people are still trying to ask for ~20 for hard drives like that. I laughed.

however, if youd want to let me borrow it and try to install xp on it just to see if it is my hd that is actually messed up, its be much appreciated

I have a 60gb Maxtor that I tested recently. I'll sell it for $20.
