Room for rent in two bedroom apartment in Ivy Commons, beginning at the end of May. Unit is located on Crest road with a Wolfline stop right outside the building. Rent is $312 a month, plus half of the bills (power, water, and internet). The apartment itself is clean and energy efficient with no bugs of any kind, and is on the third floor.

It's a very nice and quiet place to live for those who want to focus on studying.

I think the place is ok, for the most part the mgt leaves tenants alone. They pulled a fast one on our contract however. At the time we signed our lease, we were not required to have the carpet professionally cleaned, and we are both moving out of separate apts in ivy commons, and they are telling we have to have it done now.

I think it kinda sucks. Rent is cheap, but there are no amenities.
