I'm moving out of my house. We have a fenced yard, big living room/kitchen, garage. The house is already furnished, with the exception of your room. The current housemates (guys) are very friendly and laid-back, often out of the house...so it stays pretty quiet. There is also a very friendly and sweet lab here. One guy is a State grad student and the other works full-time. Actually, only for the summer, a female State grad student will replace one of them. We live across from a plaza with a Harris Teeter, Planet Fitness gym, Champions pool hall, couple restaurants and other things (but our street itself is pretty quiet).
