Two male roommates seeking roommate with no preference. Great proximity to EVERYTHING in Southern Raleigh. Crossroads Shopping Centers are less than 5 minutes away. NC State less than 5 minutes away. I-440 and access to the beltline are less than 5 minutes away. It's the perfect location. Which is why we don't want to move, but we are losing a roommate.

The lease begins again in June and ends in May of 2008. Rent is $500/month and you get the master bedroom with its own full bathroom, and the walk in closet (it's nearly the length of the master bedroom). The house has a full kitchen, office area, and large living room, as well as a very spacious deck.

We're friendly outgoing guys. We both highly respect everyone's shared living area and privacy, but we're also pretty easy going and laid back. You don't have to worry about furniture, although if you have some you have to bring with you, we'll work to find a way to accomodate your things.

No pets. Sorry.
