Hi there, looking to find a roommate for a bedroom w/ attached private bathroom at Avery Close, starting July 1st. The apartment is about 1200 sq ft, and it's on the ground floor. Rent is $350 and utilities should be around $125/mo including water, power, road runner, and digital cable w/ a DVR box. It's walking distance to NCSU and the complex has a pool!

As for other amenities, you have a full attached private bath with a tub/shower and sizeable vanity mirror (and lots of space around the sink). There's a stacked washer/dryer unit in the apartment, and it's got a nice patio out on the back that isn't hit by the sun all day.

As for roommate preferences, I'm looking for someone who isn't a slob (you don't have to be a neat freak) and doesn't smoke (kills my lungs, even the residual smell) or do any drugs (alcohol is fine, highly recommended in fact as long as you don't just stay shitfaced all the time).

As for me, I'm a guy, a Junior going on Senior in Civil Engineering, and I will usually be playing video games or doing homework. I will definitely keep stuff quiet if you need to study, and I'll help out if you're in a spot (or don't want to pay six bucks to get your car out of the colliseum deck).

I should mention that I don't have photos of the place yet but I've inspected it on the inside, it's in good condition and we'll be putting some paint on the walls to give it some character (white walls are boring). As soon as I get photos I'll be posting them here.
