If I try and go to some website (such as http://www.brentroad.com, http://www.myspace.com, etc), IE crashes (gives me the whole "Iexplore.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close" message)

but if I use google and search for the website and go to the website through the link in the results, it works fine

any ideas?

restarting comp doesnt work and already checked for spyware

im running IE ver 6

reformat->reinstall
