Samsung has a couple with 8mp and 10mp cameras.

They still arent worth a shit though

MP means nothing...sensor quality is a much bigger deal on cell phones. That said, Sony Ericsson makes probably the best camera phones on the market.

Sony Ericsson's k800/k790 is 3.2 megapixels but takes strong pictures

THe Nokia n95 is 5.0 megapixels, but doesn't take any better pictures I dont think...the nokia n73 doesn't look much worse but is 3.2 megapixels

There is an LG that I cant remember the name of that is 5.0 megapixels as well...not any better picture quality though...

I still say the sony ericsson k800/k790 is one of the best models out there for camera phones...but the n95 is good as well and has some other really nice features...very pricey though!

yep, cell phone cameras are vastly more limited than their dedicated counterparts.... they might be ok for snapshots but that's about all you are going to get out of them realistically

that's pretty decent for a camera phone, but it just hurts my eyes with the color saturation bleeding into the picture. Specially now that I'm going pro with photography.

usually the color balance on cell phones are horribly off. like your yellows turn into orange and other shit. I just got my 30D and its a definite step up from the XTi in terms of functionality and how much stuff you can control.

I was saying that usually they suck, but that picture that sumfoo1 posted is actually of decent quality... for a cell phone... Unless the purple is really blue and the green is actually brown...
