The loft has passed fire code for Bragaw Hall. It fits two beds. It is shaped like an "L" with your feet facing each other. It is very sturdy made of wood. I am looking to sell it for $100 (only $50 a person if you want to look at it that way). But I will negotiate.

if you can deliver it, i think i'm interested.
the top part where the sheet is covering it...is that where the other bed goes??
are the mattresses and sofa/futon thing included?

I can deliver it but it depends on where you are talking about. Behind the curtain is where the other bed goes. The the sofa is not included. Mattresses are not included but if you are living in the dorm then you just put the ones already in the room. If not it takes twin mattresses.
