can any of you guys solder the female end of the power adapter?
I hate the way this plug works, now the connection has come loose and needs to be soldered so the laptop will charge
hopefully someone can fix it soon, this is the laptop I use for work

I don't remember hte model and yeah, it's out of warranty now, had it like 3 years
just a toshiba
it just has a shitty input, which the female receptacle is a piece of crap
it gets loose, then has to be soldered
I am gonna buy a new one, but still want this one fixed 5/10/2007 1:13:18 AM |

I'm pretty sure you'd have to open the bottom panel to solder it 5/15/2007 11:08:58 AM |

Yeah I know, what I'm saying is I don't to be the one to fuck it up just opening it. Soldering aint the prob for me, I just dont want to break it getting at it. 5/15/2007 11:17:05 AM |
