i've heard they kind of suck, from someone in kinston. where are you looking at getting their service?

I had these guys in Charleston, WV for 9 months.

Had 2 dropped internet connections in all 9 months, and a simply modem unplug/plug in solved it both times.

The HD quality of their HDTV service was very good also, and pricing was lower than TWC is here in Raleigh.

All in all, no complaints at all from me.

it was a bit over a c-note for HDTV programming, 2 digital tiers, DVR and 4mbit/512
