Yeah Im pretty sure I mentioned this close to 2 months ago in the same press release regarding ESPN2HD and ESPNews HD.

As far as the date TWC is adding it...hope thats wrong, but wouldnt be surprised. Its not like theres anything important like the entire NCAA Baseball tournament going on before then anyhow, right? Kinda like how theres no need to add Versus/Golf HD now even though a deal is in place since the only thing thats on is the NHL playoffs and early round HD golf coverage every weekend...why would anyone want to see that?

Just called TWC Cust Service and the guy said the deal is done but they havent added the channel yet for some reason. Apparently the same deal to get ESPN2HD also landed ESPNU, but something sketchy is going on (typical TWC).

As an HD customer who is still holding out against the dish, I really hope to have ESPNU by college football season at least. I bet many of our games will be on ESPNU again this year. If that is the case, then all of my channel demands will have been met
