Carrington Electric is a growing electrical company with an opening for full-time electricians. We are based in Cary and work generally within a 40-mile radius. Duties:
·Repair, maintain and install electrical systems and equipment
·Answer service calls – Diagnose problem/situation
·Perform work requests when job has previously been assessed
·Work in both residential and commercial settings with efficiency and
knowledge of code
·Maintain daily records of material use and time specific to individual
jobs
·Interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner


Requirements:
·5+ years experience – remodeling/old work preferred
·A strong knowledge of the NEC
·Ability to read blueprints
·Ability to work well both with others and independently
-Ability to climb ladders 25’(+/-), work in confined spaces (crawl spaces
and attics), lift at least 70lbs, and work in various weather conditions
·Must hold a valid NC Driver’s License
·Some overtime required (evenings and/or weekends)
