Every once in a while, I wont be able to type anything b/c of a constant spam of the letter g.

I'm on a laptop. Is there anything they can do at the "fix-it" shop, or should I just deal with it and hope everything has an edit option? Any hope of a quick and simple fix that wont cost me my first born?

hmm you could TRY removing the key and see if there is anything causing it to be stuck, laptop keys are kind of a bitch to deal with though


on a side, but related note, how do you stop the stupid shit that comes up when you hit shift a lot or hold it down for a bit. this happens everytime i'm playing a game, like an fps, i'll hit shift a few times to do something and suddenly the game minimizes and bullshit language and "handicapped text" shit comes up

you can turn that off under control panel > accessibility options > keyboard tab

under the keyboard tab look for the sticky keys box and click on settings

uncheck the box under keyboard shortcut that say press shift 5 times to turn on/off sticky keys
