wow Woods is 370 now? inflation is getting pretty ridiculous around raleigh. My girlfriend lived there 2 years ago and paid 265/mo. it must just be a priess company thing though. I moved into village last year and pay 300/mo and now its up to 380 for new leases.

I've got the last bedroom left in a 4br/4ba in University Commons. There is a Wolfline stop
at the entrance. Rent is $340/mo and includes utilities, cable, and internet.

This is a first floor unit, and the largest of the rooms is what is left.

The room mates there are cool, two senior engineering students, and one engineering PHD.
