Okay, I'm moving in 2 weeks and need to get rid of some stuff...I'll add more to this pretty much daily. Here is todays stuff:

LARGE Desk: $30 and you move it

Computers, monitor, printer, TV - not included. :-P To give you an idea of size, the big monitor is a 24" - desk has two closed compartments (one locks - key included); and a hanging file drawer.

HP IPAQ Handheld Computer: $20 OBO

I do not have the CD's, but you can probably download the software, etc.

OLD Coins (Roman & Asian): $10 OBO for all

Have been roughly cleaned, can be cleaned more.

Framed posters: $4 each or all 3 for $10

Large Wall Mounted Photo Frame: $5 (put your own pictures in it or keep mine!)

Voodoo Doll: Free

Workout ball (with pump - though it's not the bike pump in the picture...it's a small hand-held blue pump): Free

Chinese Character necklaces: Free

Wooden Box (from Poland): Free

Easy Button: Free

HUGE lot of Maxim and Stuff Magazines (there are a handful of Blender and Allure mixed in): Free

That's it for today. More tomorrow. Let me know what you want, I'll tell you where to come get it.

Oh, and these wedding books...they are free. I got them at the Wake County Library Sale for free (since I'm a teacher):

Model # of the iPaq? I'll come get it tonight, pending a little research on it.

I do not have the box...here is all that I can find on the Ipaq: It's a "PocketPC 2002 Pro w/ Outlook 2000."

Does that give you an answer or no?

^^^Try looking on the back of the device or inside the battery compartment for a model number.
The thing I'm really looking for is if it can use SD or CF memory cards, so if it does, then that settles it.

No, it's old school. It can not use SD or CF.

Would you take $15 for the old-school IPAQ?

no, it was like $200 or more at the time...$20 is nothing for it. It totally works really well, nothing wrong with it at all...it's still color, has solitaire, has a full functioning touch screen, contact list, ms word, etc. I should probably be asking more than $20 to start with.

It's a super nice desk...don't you have any friends that would put up with it for a while?

^^^gotcha...That is fair, considering what it's got. I just initially assumed it was kinda old and feature-less. My b.

I can come get it tomorrow morning, but that'll probably be the last opportunity I'll have before Sunday evening. I'll send you a PM about it and try to work something out.

Thanks!

CJ, does that desk come apart at all? I'm going to be in Raleigh this weekend moving couches and other random stuff to DC. If we have room I might be interested

Hey Kim...I'm sure it does come apart...I mean, it came in pieces and we assembled it, so it must, right? I just don't have time to mess with breaking it apart...but if you want to, you can!

Is the desk wood or plywood or MDF (particle board?) and when could I pick up?

You could pick it up any time...today, tomorrow, whenever...has to be before next Thursday. I have to be honest, I do not know what it is made of. I know it's sturdy though. I'm about 120 pounds and I can jump and and down on it. I've had to climb on it several times to put my TV up on top. The drawers and cabinets open smoothly. We bought it at Office Max.

Desk, photo frames, magazines, coins, Middle framed poster (the landscape of Tuscany), tons of books (see gallery), work out ball, and some of the other stuff in my gallery. I'll delete everything from my gallery that is gone.

Do you have the original instructions for the desk? Be helpful for disassembling/re-assembling.

Nope, don't have any instructions. If you are thinking about it, you have to act soon. I'm getting married Saturday and will not be able to meet you any time except for tomorrow.
