I have with me about 5 power supplies from AT to ATX to dell. Various network cards, a couple of older hard drives (5g, 10g, 30g...I think), PCI video cards, and I think some EDO and SDRAM as well.
Is trash the best option for a non haX0r like me? 6/10/2007 2:50:23 PM |

Four better options than the trash: 1) Recycle 2) Reuse (Folding @ Home) 3) Resell (eBay) 4) Giveaway (Goodwill, etc) 6/10/2007 4:07:26 PM |

Every few months the old EPA site in RTP hosts an electronics recycling day. The last one was in April so it might be a couple more months until the next one though. 6/11/2007 7:20:30 AM |

The city landfill on Duraleigh Rd takes computer equipment for recycling. Just drive up there and drop it in the bins. 6/11/2007 12:50:39 PM |

1) Giving the stuff to someone who can use it is always best. Post something in the classifieds, Craigslist, Freecycle etc and someone will pick it up.
2) If its REALLY junk, recycle it at places lited above.
I would just post on CL, people off of there will pick up ANYTHING for free.]6/12/2007 12:08:31 PM |
