i'm interested.. why are you selling? any problems with any of it? does the amp stay reasonably cool?

custom 2 channel? i hope you don't think it's a 2 channel just because it has 2 output terminals....

I can get you the dimensions of the box later this afternoon.

I am selling it because I just got a new condo, and I need the money mainly. They are in perfect working order. The amp stays cool mainly because I only ran it at about 1/2 power. Anything more than that made it incredibly loud. I actually had the amp in a small tray right in front of the box, it looked really good and I never had any heat issues.
