I live in a really nice townhouse that has two rooms available in August. I am a junior at NCSU and I like to have fun on the weekends but I am usually busy with homework during the week. The rent would be $400 plus electric and gas. There is also a bimonthly water bill. Split three ways it's not bad at all and the place is very nice. i live here now. my lease is actually up september 1 but i'm moving into my new place in the middle of august. it's an awesome place. very relaxed and feels just like home. check it out and meet angela and i'm sure you'd be pleased. only leaving because my dad got me my own townhome.

You could do a 12 month or you could do it to the end of the Spring 08' semester. What are you looking for bc it's probably doable.
