they should use the three million to hire a bunch of mexicans to relocate the fence - would temporarily keep them out of the US

3,000,000/2.00 an hour = 1,500,000 man hours

1,500,000 man hours / 10 hour day = 150,000 days

150,000 days / 5 weeks worth of work = a shitload of mexicans temporarily not in US

Yeah, it makes sense for Mexico to encourage tons of their workers to leave their country and work somewhere else. Mexico doesn't have to encourage them to come to the U.S., better-paying jobs and more opportunities encourage them.
