my suggestion is that you buy a wok. they're relatively inexpensive and can make some really delicious meals. plus, its quick meals as well.....basically rice, veggies and a meat of your choice (chicken, steak, shrimp, etc).

you can find different seasoning and dressings at the grocery store to make it tasty.

Um... heat up some chickpeas in the microwave and add salt, pepper, cumin, and red pepper flakes to taste.

^ to make that even better:

diced tomato
diced onion
chopped/pressed garlic
can of chickpeas
olive oil

mix all together, and add cumin, salt, pepper, paparika, etc.

you can also add torn spinach leaves, and sliced black olives as well. YUM!

lots of recipes here:

i agree. such an easy meal to make, and you just change the sauce+veggie choices and you've got a different tasting meal.

"And also, a few times in the past 15 years or so, I have had dreams like that in which I started peeing in the dream, only to wake up suddenly and realize that I was also peeing in real life.

But I am glad the last one was at least 3-4 days ago. Seems like with the practice, I have trained myself to recognize in my dreams that I am about to pee in a dream and I shouldn't, so I wake up suddenly, right at the last instant. The last couple of times, I even remember telling myself in my dreams that I shouldn't pee because I would also pee in real life, so then my subconscious mind wake me up just in time!

"big salad"

mixed baby greens, sliced bell pepper (whatever color you have), halved grape tomatos, sliced cucumber, sliced red onion, ground black pepper add equal parts balsamic vinegar and olive oil (yes, that's right, equal parts, it's tart, but acid kills your hunger and you use less oil)

Also, you can add pecans, feta, or kalamata olives if you have them. My fave salad, and is soooo good.
