A few statements to answer a few questions:
All appliances come with the house.
The stove is gas.
The heating and air condition system as well as the washer and dryer were purchased in 2006.
All rooms in the house have multiple ethernet ports.

My roommate and I looking to rent a place like this. Would you be interested in leasing it out? I am currently graduated with a full time job and am looking for a three bedroom place. We are not wild folks as he is trying to get a masters in psychology and I travel all the time so I would never be there. It would be some easy money to make.
