I'm looking to pick up a mexistrat to abuse onstage, and maybe a practice amp to destroy.

I'm willing to pay $60 or less for the guitar, and $20 or less for the amp, as that is all those items
are worth. I would prefer a humbucker in the bridge, but if the price is right(read:$40 or less) I would consider a single coil equipped version. no japanese made strats, or amps with speakers smaller than 8" and power less than 15 watts.
