Help me help you! Have a lot of stuff cluttering up your garage or office space??

I'm a teacher...and we are poor in general, so I am looking for some classroom supplies for the upcoming year. If you have any of this stuff you want to donate or let me buy, please reply here or PM.

*MAGAZINES-Anything related to food! Home and Garden, Family Fun, Rachel Ray, Paula Deen...basically anything they can use for projects, cut and paste...etc.

*Old Recipe Books

*Pencils/Pens/Post It Notes/Chart Paper/Paper- I buy a lot of stuff like this but if anyone is a drug rep and can provide some basic supplies such as the above, I'd certainly take/buy them.

Desk organizing crates...Like this:
or any kind of plastic tray to hold their tardy slips, papers, art supplies

Any kind of file folder organizers(like trays or racks)....hanging folders/used manilla folders

*Construction Paper or any old poster board.

*Scissors, even if they have nicks in them or broken tips.

Cork Board

Old Fabric to cover cork boards...something with a normal pattern or food related.

White board/white board markers

*Ribbon/glue sticks/any craft supplies

*Crayons/Colored Pencils/Markers...used, old, new...I don't care

*The items with stars are for my students who do not have the money to purchase these items so I give them the materials when I have them.

Again, I am using all these items for my classroom and I also intend to share with the other beginning teachers in my NC Teach class so any help is appreciated.

I gotta go out of town in a few hours but, when I get back (about a week), I'll go through my art supply bins and see if I've got anything to donate.

Thank you so much! A lot of us are just now starting out and it's expensive to buy all this stuff to make your classroom organized

Oh, any old 3 ring binders/dividers might also be helpful!

Special thanks to stullos57 for offering me lots of paper and classroom supplies!!! I really do appreciate all that everyone has offered.

I have gotten a lot of stuff that is wonderful so I will paste the list from above and strike out what I don't need anymore of.

*MAGAZINES-Anything related to food! Home and Garden, Family Fun, Rachel Ray, Paula Deen...basically anything they can use for projects, cut and paste...etc.

*Old Recipe Books

*Pencils/Pens/Post It Notes/Paper- I buy a lot of stuff like this but if anyone is a drug rep and can provide some basic supplies such as the above, I'd certainly take/buy them.

Any kind of plastic tray to hold their tardy slips, papers, art supplies

PENDING: Any kind of file folder organizers(like trays or racks)....hanging folders/used manilla folders

*Construction Paper or any old poster board.

*Scissors, even if they have nicks in them or broken tips.

Cork Board/White board/white board markers

Old Fabric to cover cork boards...something with a normal pattern or food related.

*Ribbon/glue sticks/any craft supplies

*Crayons/Colored Pencils/Markers...used, old, new...I don't care

If you have anything you want to get rid of that is used in a kitchen, I'll take those items as well.....I had a lady donate an entire box of cake rounds(cardboard to sit a cake on to keep it sturdy) so anything related to food, let me know...I may need it!

Still need a few things Let me know what you have.

I stood in line for 30 minutes last night at WalMart before walking out and leaving the file folders I had picked up..Perhaps that's a sign that someone has some old folders to donate?

Even if they are written on, I will take them. You can turn them inside out and use the other sides
