ok, heres the deal, my old computer (see pics) has been chillin for awhile b/c im running my new one...however i wanted to get it up and running and cleaned up for its sale to my friend at school...

when i tried to get it up and running all goes well (fans, psu, hd and proc) are running but the keyboard and mouse dont respond, i.e. no optical light or lights on keyboard...the monitor goes from sleep to finding signal but stalls at that point...

any ideas? at first i thought it was a bad power supply...but im thinking otherwise...could this be a mobo issue? a bad connection issue? (im extremely familiar with the connections being that its 2 years old of tinkering) or most deffinately a psu problem?
