We have a three bedroom apartment at Champion Court, it's directly across the street from Jordan Hall. Basically behind avent ferry dorm. It takes me about 15 minutes to walk to harrelson/library. Pretty nice place. It's two-story, bedrooms are upstairs. Rent is $300 a month + utilities (electric/cable/internet). Usually comes out to around $375. One of our roommates moved out, so there is one bedroom available starting as soon as you're ready to move in. My roommate and I are both students at NCSU and also have jobs, so we're usually gone during the day and sometimes at night.
