well my question is probably more worthy than most of the questions or discussions here. Atleast I care about how I do in my courses and dont waste time posting like 100,000 posts on TWW of upmost insignificant things.

Back to the topic, BCH 451 is a rote memorization course. There is actually little to no application of concepts, it's basically just regurgitating information and structures.

MB 351 is pretty much a basic science course, just make sure you attend class and you should be fine.

I remember ST 311 being essentially a remedial statistics course. It was very, very easy (though mine was taught by a grad student).

the only requirement for getting an A in IDS 201 with wiggins is not being an idiot. if you meet that requirement...you should be all set for that one. if you're looking for an A+, i'm not sure...both my midterm and my book report were significantly superior to my roommate who got an A+ on both while i got an A.

That's a might challenging schedule, albeit at least you have some balance in there with ST 311 and IDS 201. Work hard, do the work, ask questions of the professor outside of class any time you have them.

hyman and sylvia are both heavy memorization.

hyman just has 4 test and extra credit which takes the place of 1 test.

st311 is easy. and so is IDS 201

considering you are the same person who asked about boosting your gpa since it is your senior year and all, wouldnt you know what it takes to get a decent grade in a class, espically with some of those easy classes? It is a pretty dumb question though, "what do I need to do to do well in a class?", if anything you should just ask what are the professors test's are like and when studying for a test in those classes what should you focus on.

BIT 410 is an easy A. Most of the time you don't need to pay attention in class because all the info is in the Powerpoints. Write logical lab reports that make sensible conclusions and ask questions if you need help on the take home assignments and they will practically give you the answer. Shouldn't be a problem.

BCH 451 is brute memorization like mentioned above. You have to modify your studying techniques a bit to prepare well (like reviewing EVERY day). Being a current medical student and looking back, it was pretty good preparation eventhough there is 3x as much content now.

IDS 201 --- return your book and buy mine for cheap.

and use common sense on the online quizzes. if "all of the above" is an answer choice, pick it.

let me know if you need any help. I got an A+ in there no problem.

Seriously, I dont know how I am going to study for this class...
I mean, If you skip studying some concepts for the test, and if it is on the test, you are screwed big time...
Was his exam always used to be like this format?

what do you mean you dont know how you are going to study for it?

you go to class
you take notes
if you missed something, talk to your neighbor in class
study the notes
it will come to you come test time

it's college, not middle school.

BCH 451 - get past semester tests from someone else as they show you exactly what types of questions she will ask.

her tests are the same format from semester to semester she just changes which structures, chemicals, etc she asks. figure out the format and you will know what to study. if you dont do this you will never memorize all the bullshit required as it is too much for any non-asian human

BCH...visit her office a lot and she will definitely give you as much time as she can. Her office gets pretty damn busy towards the end of the year so the earlier you do this the more she will get to know you and help you out more. She will call you out in class though if she knows you.
