No Iraq war, no more wars in the fraudulent "war on terror" (& the ensuing billions of $$ saved from eliminating these useless wars), no amnesty for illegal aliens, and end to the Third World invasion of America (& the ensuing billions of $$ saved from costs to US taxpayers of massive illegal and Third World immigration), income tax eliminated, MUCH lower overall taxation, MUCH smaller and more limited government, no more domestic spying, no more gun control, an end to all encroachments on civil liberties and freedoms, the abolishment of the Federal Reserve System (ie, the control of our economy and money supply by a cabal of Jewish banking interests) & an end to an economic system designed to trap people in a lifetime of debt, an end to so-called "free trade" policies which really open up US manufacturing to competition from dirt cheap Third World labor and eliminate once good-paying jobs, no more wage suppression from tens of millions of illegals, etc, etc, etc.

Granted, it would be messy and there would be tough times in the beginning as the new government/paradigm was being established, but once it was in place, life would be DRAMATICALLY better in virtually every aspect. People would not be in massive debt and would be able to accumulate wealth and have large families and truly have the opportunity to persue happiness, they would not be oppressively burdened by taxation and big government, they would be able to live in safe communities free from hoardes of Third World scum, etc.
