for some reason firefox has stopped caching images recently. i know in IE there is a setting of how often to clear the cache, but i don't see it in firefox options. i don't know why it would change, but now images are re-downloaded every page refresh. anyone know how to fix this?

fixed it in about:config. i don't know why/how things got changed, but the cache was turned off.
