I found the cutest dog in the history of the world today in my cul de sac that appears to be a stray. He didn't have a collar (I'm taking him in tomorrow to see if he has a chip--I don't think he has one, though), and he's skinny as hell. He literally ran up to me as I got out of my car and followed me inside. I fed him and played with him for about 30 minutes out in front of my house in case anybody came by, but nobody did. I've put up fliers around the neighborhood, but I thought I'd try here too.

In a few days, this might turn in to a dog FF thread.

It's a puppy, 3-4 months old if I had to guess, about 20-30 pounds. Brown/black fur. I don't recognize the breed.

The owners have been found! And it totally caused drama.

Took him to the shelter to see if he had a chip, got the contact info to find out that he got lost literally two doors down the street. It was the guy's girlfriend's dog, which is why I didn't recognize it, and he hadn't seen the flyer I put at his house.

He apparently hadn't told his lady that he'd lost the dog, though, so she was pretty pissed
