Image/Image Size...
And the image size window doesn't pop up. It's active....but it's not there.

this is a long shot, but it happened to me and i didn't figure it out for a long time...
did you once have a dual monitor set up and now do not? if so, photoshop may have remembered to put it very far over on the other monitor. 9/11/2007 11:09:16 AM |

well, dual monitor....then i moved and i think i switched them around 
^ thanks, btw. just found the photoshop settings file and deleted it and works like a charm
